摘要
本文通过对高通量工程试验堆(HFETR)加压泵进行模型简化,计算出轴承所受的径向力和轴向力,根据受力情况计算出轴承的发热量,并从能量守恒的角度出发,采用等效换热的计算方法,避开对实际传热方式和过程的分析,通过建立能量守恒方程,计算加压泵在失去冷却水的情况下的轴承温度,最终确定自来水断流后加压泵安全运行时间。
Through simplifying the HFETR pressure pump model,this article calculated the calorific value of bearing.And from the perspective of conservation of energy,this article used the calculation method of equivalent heat transfer,avoid the actual way of heat transfer and process analysis,by establishing the equations of conservation of energy,calculated the pressure pump bearing temperature in the case of loss of cooling water,and eventually determined the safe working time of the pump after losing the tap water.
