研究通过对专业主任能力与素养的阐释,结合专业主任专业成长中存在的问题,探寻专业主任成长的有效路径:强化专业主任培养机制、通过校企合作搭建成长平台、完善经费保障机制、制定科学的考核评价机制。

Through the analysis of the ability and literacy of professional director and combination with the problems existing in the professional development of the professional director,this paper tries to explore the effective path of professional director growth:to strengthen the professional training mechanism,to build a growth platform through school-enterprise cooperation,to improve financial security,and to develop a scientific assessment mechanism.
