国贸专业跨境B2B创新创业人才培养模式研究

Research on the Mode of Cultivating Innovation Personnel of E-commerce B2B for the Major of International Trade

在大众创业万众创新的大背景下,跨境零售业务增长较快,出口B2B电商模式在目前乃至未来仍将是主流。随着传统贸易的转型升级,企业更加希望跨境电商人才来源于复合型学科人才,传统的国贸专业学生的培养模式急需转变。文章分析了跨境电商人才所需要的核心技能及传统国际贸易专业学生培养存在的问题,提出依托"一达通"B2B外贸一站式服务平台对高职院校国际贸易专业人才的培养路径,鼓励学生依托跨境B2B电商平台,提升自身的综合素质和创新创业能力。

Under the background of mass entrepreneurship,transnational retail business grows greatly,however,the export e-commerce B2B model will remain mainstream in the present and future.With the transformation and upgrading of traditional trade,enterprises are more willing to hire the interdisciplinary talents.The traditional training model of international trade major needs to be changed.This paper analyzes the core skills required by E-commerce talents and the problems existing in the traditional cultivation of international trade students.Then it proposes to rely on“one-touch”B2B one-stop service platform to cultivate the international trade students in vocational colleges.It encourages students to rely on the E-commerce B2B business platform to improve their comprehensive quality and innovation ability.
