新疆褐煤中提取腐植酸钠的研究

Study about Extracting Sodium Humate in Xinjiang Lignite

本文针对新疆褐煤进行了以下两个方面的研究:(1)新疆褐煤中腐植酸含量的测定,包括总腐植酸含量的测定、游离腐植酸含量的测定和其主要官能团含量的测定,测定结果为:总腐植酸含量40.57%(质量百分数);游离腐植酸含量11.72%(质量百分数)。(2)研究在不同条件下用硝酸将褐煤改性后,其腐植酸含量的变化规律,找到最佳抽提腐植酸的生产工艺,从而提高腐植酸的提取率。通过单因素实验和正交设计试验,得出在反应温度为85℃,液固比为4:1,硝酸浓度为7mol/L,反应时间为35min的条件下,褐煤中游离腐植酸含量达到最高,其含量为69.73%。

The paper makes the following study in two aspects aiming at Xinjiang lignite:one,detection ofsodium humate content in Xinjiang lignite,including detections of all contents,floating and its main groupcontent,the results is:all contents40.57%(mass percent),floating11.72%(mass percent);two,studyingsodium humate contents'changing rules after using hydrogen nitrate to change lignite under different situations,and finding the production techniques which can best extract sodium humate and thus improve extraction rated.By making experiments of single factors and orthogonal design,which comes to that reaction temperature85℃,liquid-solid ratio4:1,density of hydrogen nitrate7mol/L,floating contents in lignite can bethe highest level in the condition of35min's reaction,it is69.73%.
