心理干预对酒精所致精神障碍患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

Psychological intervention on anxiety depression in patients with mental disorders due to use of alcohol

目的研究分析心理干预对酒精所致精神障碍患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法选取2009年1月~2011年12月期间将入院治疗的283例酒精所致精神障碍患者作为研究对象,将283例患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=140)和对照组(n=143),对照组患者应用常规护理措施,在此基础上,观察组患者应用心理干预措施,评价两组患者护理前、后对疾病认知变化情况和焦虑、抑郁情绪变化情况。结果观察组患者干预后SAS评分、SDS评分与对照组患者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理干预能有效改善酒精所致精神障碍患者焦虑抑郁情绪,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the analysis of psychological intervention on anxiety depression in patients with mental disorders due to use ofalcohol.Methods During the period from January2009to December2011,283cases of patients with alcohol induced mental disorders hospitalizedas the research object of this study,283patients were randomly divided into two groups,observation group(n=140)and control group(n=143),the control group of patients with routine nursing measures,the based on the application of psychological intervention in patients with the observationgroup,two groups were evaluated before and after the nursing cognition of diseases and changes of anxiety and depression mood changes.ResultsObservation group of patients after the intervention SASscore,SDSscore there is a big difference with the control group patients,significantdifference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention can improve anxiety depression in patients with mentaldisorders due to use of alcohol,has high clinical value,worthy of popularization and application.
