胃癌根治切除术治疗老年胃癌患者的临床分析

Clinical analysis of radical resection of gastric cancer in elderly patients with gastric cancer

目的探究老年胃癌经胃癌根治切除术治疗的效果。方法将2014年2月~2017年2月本院经诊断确诊为老年胃癌患者62例纳为本次参研的对象,对所选患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,62例胃癌患者均给予胃癌根治切除术治疗,并对患者术后并发症发生情况与生存质量改善情况进行分析。结果患者并发症发生率为18.0%,治疗后生存质量各评分与治疗前相比有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将胃癌根治术运用在老年胃癌患者临床治疗中具有确切的效果,并发症少,可明显改善生存质量,建议推广。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of radical resection of gastric cancer in elderly patients.Methods The February2014to February2017in our hospital diagnosed with62cases of elderly patients with gastric cancer as the object of research.The clinical data of the patientswere retrospectively analyzed,62cases of gastric cancer patients were given radical resection in the treatment of patients,and the incidence ofpostoperative complications and improve the quality of life carries on the analysis.Results the patients and the incidence rate was18%,with statisticalsignificance after treatment,quality of life scores compared with before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of radical gastrectomyin the treatment of elderly patients with gastric cancer has definite effect,less complications,can significantly improve the quality of life,it is recommendedto promote.
