番茄红素对大鼠创伤性颅脑损伤治疗作用的实验研究

摘要 目的探讨番茄红素对颅脑损伤大鼠脑组织氧化应激及炎症反应的影响。方法健康SD大鼠随机分为3组。采用自由落体方法造模,造模后第24小时、72小时行大鼠一般状况检查,并采用ELISA法检测脑组织谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、丙二醛(MDA)、钙离子(Ca2+)、TNF-α和IL-1β水平。结果在造模后第24小时、72小时,模型组较假手术组脑组织GSH-PX水平降低,MDA、Ca2+、TNF-α和IL-1β水平升高(P<0.05);番茄红素组较模型组GSH-PX水平升高,MDA、Ca2+、TNF-α和IL-1β水平降低(P<0.05)。结论番茄红素在大鼠颅脑损伤后,能抑制脑组织氧化应激及炎症反应,提示番茄红素具有脑保护作用。 Objective To observe the effect of lycopene on rat after traumatic brain injuried(TBI).Methods Healthy Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats were randomly divided in to3groups.And then prepare the brain injury model of free-fall.The rats were sacrificed at24h,72h after TBI.Theactivities of GSH-PX,MDA and Ca2+contents,and the level TNF-á,IL-1a protein in brain were measured in24h and72h after TBI by ELISA analysis.Results Compared the sham group,the activities of GSH-PX significantly decrease(P<0.05),MDA and Ca2+,TNF-áand IL-1a level significantlyincrease in the Model group(P<0.05).Compared the Model group,the activities of GSH-PX significantly increase(P<0.05),MDA and Ca2+,TNF-áand IL-1a level significantly decrease in lycopene group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lycopene exert a protective effect againstTBI via reducingoxidative stress and inflammatory response.
