雷公藤多苷(TWP)治疗小儿紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)临床疗效及对患儿免疫功能的影响探讨

目的探讨分析雷公藤多苷(TWP)治疗小儿紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)临床疗效及对患儿免疫功能的影响。方法选择2014年10月~2016年10月期间本院收治的小儿紫癜性肾炎患儿作为研究对象,共76例,采用随机数字抽取表法将76例患儿小儿紫癜性肾炎患儿分为对照组与观察组,各38例,给予对照组患儿采用抗过敏、抗血小板等常规治疗,给予观察组患儿在常规治疗的基础上增加雷公藤多苷治疗,对观察组与对照组临床疗效、血清白细胞介素-10、白细胞介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α等进行比较。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率为94.74%,对照组患儿治疗总有效率为68.42%,观察组患儿临床治疗效果更好,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组患儿治疗前血清白细胞介素-10、白细胞介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α比较差异无统计学有意义;治疗后,两组患儿各指标均明显改善,其中观察组患儿各指标(血清白细胞介素-10、白细胞介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α)改善情况显著优于对照组,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿紫癜性肾炎患儿采用雷公藤多苷治疗效果显著,能够明显改善患儿的临床症状,且安全性较高,同时有效调节患儿的免疫功能,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the analysis of Tripterygium wilfordii glycosides(TWP)treatment of children with Henoch Schonlein purpuranephritis(HSPN)clinical efficacy and effect on immune function of children.Methods Children with purpura nephritis in children in our hospital from October2014to October2016during the selection as the research object,were selected from76patients,using the random number tableextraction method76cases of children with purpura nephritis were divided into control group and observation group,38cases in each group,the controlgroup was treated with the anti allergy,antiplatelet and other conventional treatment,observation group were given on the basis of routine treatmentincreased the triptolide glucoside treatment,the observation group and the According to clinical efficacy,serum interleukin-10,interleukin-8,tumornecrosis factor alpha were compared.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was94.74%,control group total effective rate was68.42%,the observation group with better clinical effects,more data than the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation groupand the control group before treatment,serum interleukin-10,interleukin-8,tumor necrosis factor alpha difference was not statistically significant;after the treatment,the indicators of the two groups were significantly improved in the observation group The indexes(serum interleukin-10,interleukin-8,tumor necrosis factor alpha)improved significantly better than the control group,with statistically significant data difference(P<0.05).ConclusionThe children with Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis with Tripterygium Glycosides treatment effect significantly,can significantly improvethe clinical symptoms in children,and high safety,and effectively regulate the immune function of patients,is worthy of clinical application.
