重醇酮在延迟焦化装置中加工利用的可行性研究

摘要 实验以重醇酮中混合二元酸为研究对象,分别从混合二元酸的溶解性、结晶度、酸性,腐蚀性等方面进行研究。结果表明,混合二元酸与柴油互溶性不好,常温下结晶析出。混合二元酸与加氢尾油混合进行减压蒸馏实验,在475℃结晶析出。 Heavy alcohol ketone is a byproduct in production of adipic acid.To improve its value in use,the feasibility of using alcohol ketone as the feedstock of the delayed coker to have it processed and applied.With the mixed adipic acid as the object of research,the experiment respectively analyzed the aspects such as solubleness,crystallinity,acidity,and corrosivity.The result showed that the intersolubility of the mixed binary acid and diesel was not good,and all this acid was separated out by crystallization.Vacuum distillation experiment was made to the mixed binary acid and hydrogenation tail oil after mixing,the acid was separated out by crystallization at the low temperature part of distillation accumulator of475℃.
