加氢裂化热油泵机械密封泄漏原因分析与对策

Analysis of cause for leakage of mechanical seal in hot oil pump of hydrocracking unit

针对加氢裂化装置热油泵机械密封频繁泄漏的问题,分析了机械密封摩擦副端面的损伤原因。找出了热油泵机械密封频繁泄漏原因,得出了冲洗液温度过高不能冷却密封面,导致密封面热损伤和机械损伤,造成机械密封快速失效,并提出了具体的解决方案。

TAim at the problem of frequent leakage of the mechanical seal in hot oil pump of hydrocracking unit,the damage cause for friction pair end face of the mechanical seal was analyzed,the cause for frequent leakage of the mechanical seal in hot oil pump was found out,the conclusion was obtained that the flushing fluid had a too high temperature to cool the sealing surface,and this resulted in heat damage to the sealing surface,and thus caused quick failure of the mechanical seal.Specific solutions were put forward.
