在用压力容器检验方法分析

压力容器检验的相关标准中,对于在用无损检测方法规定较少,通常由检验人员根据具体情况确定。文中针对压力容器的新生缺陷、裂纹、测厚、材质劣化和无损探伤检验等,分析了正在使用的压力容器检验检测中的问题。并对相关法规、规定存在的不足之处提出了补充修改建议。

In the relevant standards on pressure vessel inspection,there are few stipulations for the in-service nondestructive detection method,and normally,the methods are determined by the inspection personnel according to the specific circumstances.Aiming at nascent defects,cracks,thickness measuring,material deterioration and nondestructive inspection etc,this paper analyzed the problems in the inspection and detection of in-service pressure vessel,and put forward supplement and amendment suggestions for the deficiencies existed in the relevant law and regulation and stipulations.
