By analyzing the typical experiences of the construction of smart city in the United States,Europe,Singapore and Korea which start the construction of smart city earlier than China,and find that these countries emphasize the influence of the power of government and market,construct the urban Infrastructure,enhance the innovation,strengthen industrial restructuring and gathering talents to provide power for the construction of smart cities.And actively learn from the wisdom of the developed countries,China has to fully understand the government and society effect in promoting the construction of the city,and actively provide extensive financing for the city infrastructure construction,improve industrial technological innovation capacity,accelerate the training and introduction of talent,develop low-carbon industry,improve the penetration rate of urban wisdom applications,promote lifestyle changes etc.,to accelerate the construction of China's smart city.
