基于JCI标准对某院压疮现患率和压疮发生率的调查分析

Survey on Prevalence of Pressure Ulcer and Hospital-acquired Pressure Ulcer Based on the JCI Standard

目的调查某三甲医院压疮现患率和院内压疮发生率,并分析压疮发生的相关风险因素,为预防压疮发生提供科学依据。方法对某院2014年1月1日—12月31日的压疮现患率和压疮发生率进行调查分析。结果 2014年1—12月该院压疮现患率为1.07%~2.62%,院内压疮发生率为0.06%~0.75%。2014年监护室压疮现患率和院内压疮发生率分别为7.61%、1.14%,是该院的压疮高发部门。结论定期开展医院压疮现患率和院内压疮发生率的调查,可了解压疮发生的相关因素和变化趋势,为采取有效对策,降低压疮的发生率提供依据。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of pressure ulcer(PU)and hospital-acquired pressure ulcer(HAPU)in a three grade hospital,and analyze the related risk factors of pressure ulcers,provide evidence for scientific prevention of pressure ulcer.Methods The prevalence of pressure ulcer(PU)and hospital-acquired pressure ulcer(HAPU)in a hospital from January1to December31,2014were investigated and analyzed.Results The prevalence of PU in2014was1.07%~2.62%,and the prevalence of HAPU was0.06%~0.75%.The prevalence of PU and HAPU in intensive care unit were7.61%and1.14%,it is higher than other departments.Conclusion Regularly survey for the PU prevalence and HAPU prevalence in hospital can understand the related factors and trends of pressure sores,and provide the basis for effective measures to reduce the incidence of pressure sores.
