阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果及不良反应分析

Effect of Azithromycin on Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children and Analysis of Adverse Reactions

目的探讨阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效和不良反应。方法将100例小儿支原体肺炎患儿随机分为对照组50例,观察组50例,对照组实施红霉素治疗,观察组应用阿奇霉素治疗,对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果在治疗有效率方面,观察组高于对照组,症状体征消失时间比较,观察组短于对照组,P<0.05;两组患儿均未出现明显的药物不良反应。结论在小儿支原体肺炎的治疗中应用阿奇霉治疗可促进患儿更快的恢复,提高治疗效果,且药物的不良反应少。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and side effects of azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasmal pneumonia in children.Methods100children with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group was treated with erythromycin.The observation group was treated with azithromycin and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results In the treatment efficiency,the observation group was higher than the control group,and in the time of symptoms and signs disappeared,the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,P<0.05;There was no obvious adverse drug reaction in the two groups.Conclusion The application of azithromycin in children with mycoplasma pneumonia can promote the recovery of children faster,improve the therapeutic effect,and less adverse drug reactions.
