丙戊酸钠联合托吡酯在小儿癫痫治疗中的疗效分析

The Efficacy of Sodium Valproate Combined With Topiramate in the Treatment of Epilepsy in Children

目的探讨丙戊酸钠联合托吡酯在小儿癫痫患者治疗中的应用,评价其临床疗效。方法以2015年3月—2017年6月我院收治的癫痫患儿76例为研究对象,采用随机双盲法分为参照组与实验组各38例,参照组行单一丙戊酸钠治疗,实验组在其基础上加入托吡酯治疗,评价两组患者治疗情况。结果实验组与参照组治疗总有效率分别为:94.74%(36/38)、76.32%(29/38),P<0.05;实验组与参照组治疗后不良反应发生率为5.26%(2/38)、7.89%(3/38),P>0.05。结论丙戊酸钠联合托吡酯应用于小儿癫痫患者治疗中疗效确切,不会提高不良反应情况,安全性得以提升,具有较高临床实用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of sodium valproate combined with topiramate in the treatment of children with epilepsy.Methods76children with epilepsy treated in our hospital from March2015to June2017were selected as the subjects,using double blinded and randomly method were divided into control group and experimental group with38cases in each group.The reference group was treated with a single valproate.The experimental group was treated with topiramate on the basis of it.The treatment of the two groups was evaluated.Results The total effective rates in experimental group and control group was94.74%(36/38),76.32%(29/38),P<0.05.In experimental group and control group after treatment,the incidence of adverse reaction was5.26%(2/38),7.89%(3/38),P>0.05.Conclusion Sodium valproate combined with topiramate in the treatment of pediatric patients with epilepsy help to improve the treatment effect,and will not increase the adverse reactions and safety can be improved,which has higher clinical value.
