西药联合应用导致的不良反应研究

Study on Adverse Reaction Caused by Combination of Western Medicine

目的分析探讨西药联合应用导致的不良反应。方法随机选取某院2016年5月—2017年5月开据的3 000张西药联合应用处方进行研究,分析统计患者不良反应发生情况及药物不合理用药情况,同时分析不良反应发生因素。结果本次研究的3 000例西药联合用药处方中,共198张处方有不良反应发生,发生率为6.6%。结论临床治疗过程中采用多种西药联合用药可以促进临床疗效,但是联合用药可能会导致患者不良反应发生,临床使用过程中需对联合使用药物进行分析,以降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To analyze the adverse reactions caused by the combined application of western medicine.Methods3000cases of Western medicine combined prescription were randomly selected to conduct a study from May2016to May2017in some hospital.The incidence of adverse reactions and irrational use of drugs were analyzed and statistically analyzed,and adverse reaction factors were analyzed.Results In this study,3000cases of western medicine combined prescription,a total of198prescription adverse reactions occurred,the incidence was6.6%.Conclusion In the course of clinical treatment,a variety of western medicine combination can promote the clinical efficacy.However,the combination may cause adverse reactions in the patient.The use of combined drugs should be analyzed in the course of clinical use so as to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
