针康技术治疗脑卒中后混合性失语的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Mixed Aphasia After Stroke by Acupuncture and Rehabilitation

目的探讨针康技术治疗脑卒中后混合性失语症的临床效果。方法随机抽取本院收治的脑卒中后混合性失语患者200例。采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组(针康技术,n=100)及对照组(常规药物,n=100)。对比治疗效果。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组自发言语、听理解、复述、命名、失语商评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中后混合性失语症采用针康技术治疗的效果理想。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture therapy on mixed aphasia after stroke.Methods200cases of mixed aphasia after stroke in our hospital were randomly selected.The patients were divided into treatment group(acupuncture and rehabilitation technique,n=100)and control group(routine medicine,n=100)by random number table method.The treatment effect was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).The spontaneous speech,listening comprehension,repetition,naming,aphasia quotient scores were better than the control group,the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupuncture therapy on mixed aphasia after stroke is ideal.
