丁香柿蒂汤治疗呃逆的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Cloves and Kaki Calyx Decoction in the Treatment of Hiccups

目的研究丁香柿蒂汤治疗呃逆的临床效果。方法选取我院80例呃逆患者为本次的研究对象,采用随机分组原则将其分为对照组(采用甲氧氯普胺片治疗)、观察组(采用丁香柿蒂汤治疗),每组患者各40例,对比两组呃逆患者不良反应和治疗效果。结果经过治疗后,两组呃逆患者均得到改善。观察组的治愈有效率为92.5%(37/40),对照组的治愈有效率为80.0%(32/40)。两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用丁香柿蒂汤治疗呃逆患者能够有效改善患者病情,减轻患者症状。

Objective To study the clinical effect of cloves and kaki calyx decoction in the treatment of hiccups.Methods80patients with hiccups were selected as the research object,according to the principle of random grouping were devided into the control group(treated with amine piece of methoxychlor tome),the observation group(using cloves and kaki calyx decoction),40cases in each group.The adverse reaction and treatment effect of two groups of hiccups were compared.Results After treatment,both groups were improved.The therapeutic efficiency of the observation group was92.5%(37/40),and the control rate was80.0%(32/40).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with hiccups with cloves and kaki calyx decoction can effectively improve the patient's condition and relieve the symptoms.
