肠炎宁胶囊治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效观察

Clinical Study on Changyanning Capsule in Treatment of Irritable Bowel Sydrome

目的评价肠炎宁胶囊治疗肠易激综合征的有效性和安全性。方法选择50例肠易激综合征患者随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组患者给予双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗,试验组在双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊基础上给予肠炎宁胶囊治疗。治疗4周后,观察两组患者治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效、腹泻缓解时间和安全性指标。结果接受治疗4周后,两组的临床总有效率分别为96%和76%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组腹泻缓解时间为(3.53±2.61)天,对照组为(5.97±2.44)天,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且无不良事件发生。结论肠炎宁胶囊是一种适用于治疗肠易激综合征的药物,疗效可靠,安全性好。

Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety of Changyanning capsule in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Methods50patients with irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,the control group was treatedwith Live Combined Bifidobacterium,experimental group was given Changyanning capsule combined with Live Combined Bifidobacterium.The clinical efficacy,diarrhea relief time of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS),and the safety indexes were observed in two groups after4weeks of treatment.Results After4weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was96%and76%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The remission time of diarrhea in the treatment group was(3.53±2.61)d,and that of the control group was(5.97±2.44)d,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).No adverse events occurred at the same time.Conclusion Changyanning capsuleis a kind of medicine suitable for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome,and its curative effect is reliable and safe.
