复方血栓通胶囊与参芪降糖颗粒治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果

Clinical Efficacy of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule and Shenqi Jiangtang Granule in Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探究复方血栓通胶囊与参芪降糖颗粒在糖尿病肾病治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2016年1—12月的78例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,设置为对照组、研究组,各39例,分别予以复方血栓通胶囊、复方血栓通胶囊联合参芪降糖颗粒治疗,对比疗效。结果治疗后,研究组FBG、2 h PBG、Hb A1c血糖控制效果、24 h UAER优于对照组,且研究组的临床治疗有效率为97.44%(38/39),高于对照组的76.92%(30/39),组间临床有效率对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以糖尿病肾病患者复方血栓通胶囊与参芪降糖颗粒,可优化患者的血糖、24 h UAER控制效果,提升治疗有效率,效果良好。

Objective To investigate the effect of compound Xueshuantoncapsule and Shenqi Jiangtang granule in the treatment of diabetic Methods78patients with diabetic nephropathy from January to December2016were selected as the subjects,were set to control group,study group,39cases in each group.They were treated with compound Xueshuantong capsule and compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with Shenqi Jiangtang granule,and the therapeutic effects were compared.Results After treatment,the control effect of FBG,2h PBG and HbA1c in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the effective rate of clinical treatment was97.44%(38/39)in the study group was higher than that76.92%(30/39)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with diabetic nephropathy combined with Xueshuantong capsule and Shenqi Jiangtang granule can optimize the blood glucose,24h UAER,improve the treatment efficiency,the effect is good,and the application value is high.
