硬膜外麻醉后寒颤发生的原因分析及预防

Analysis of the Causes of the Occurrence of Shivering After Epidural Anesthesia and Prevention

目的探讨硬膜外麻醉后寒颤发生的原因并对预防策略进行探讨。方法选取在我院行硬膜外麻醉手术治疗的80例患者作为研究对象,随机分成研究组与对照组,每组40例。分析出现麻醉后寒颤的原因。结果麻醉后寒颤的发生原因为麻醉后阻滞区散热增加、精神因素、热源反应及麻醉药毒副反应、环境温度过低。结论硬膜外麻醉后寒颤发生的原因有多种,针对这些原因进行分析,在手术围术期实施全面的寒颤预防措施能够有效降低寒颤的发生率。

Objective To investigate the causes of shivering after epidural anesthesia occurred and the prevention strategies.Methods80patients treated with epidural anesthesia in our hospital were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,40cases in each group.The causes of shivering after anesthesia were analyzed.Results The cause of shivering after anesthesia after anesthesia with block heat increase,mental factors,heat reaction and anesthetic toxicity,the ambient temperature was too low.Conclusion There are a variety of reasons for shivering after epidural anesthesia,according to the analysis of these reasons,in the implementation of a comprehensive perioperative shivering preventive measures can effectively reduce the incidence of shivering.
