血站血液采集前采用丙氨酸氨基转移酶快速检测的临床价值

The Clinical Value of Rapid Detection of Alanine Aminotransferase Before Blood Collection

目的探讨血液采集血液前快速检测丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)的临床价值。方法本血站中心于2016年1月开始实施ALT快速检测法以初步开展血液筛查,选取2016年1—12月于本血站中心无偿献血者的21 584份血液标本及2015年1—12月实施ALT初筛前的28 462份无偿献血者血液样本,比较实施ALT初筛前后单项ALT不合格血液标本报废率。结果实施前单项ALT不合格血液报废率为7.17%,实施ALT初筛后降低至3.40%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血站采集血液前快速检测ALT可有效降低血液标本报废率,减少血液采集成本。

Objective To explore the clinical value of rapid detection of alanine aminotransferase before blood collection.Methods Our blood station used rapid detection of ALT to give blood screening from Jan.2016.21584blood specimens from voluntary donors in the station from Jan.2016to Dec.2016were selected,and28462blood specimens from Jan.2015to Dec.2015before using blood screening were selected.Then,the blood sample scrap rate of the single ALT incompetent before and after giving the ALT detection was compared.Results The blood sample scrap rate of the single ALT incompetent before giving ALT detection was7.17%,while the rate has decreased to3.40%after giving ALT detection,the differences with statistic significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Giving rapid detection of alanine aminotransferase before blood collection can reduce the blood sample scrap rate,decrease blood collection costs.It is worth to spread.
