人性化护理干预在腹腔镜胆囊切除术后的护理效果

Effect of Human Nursing Intervention After Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的对人性化护理干预在腹腔镜胆囊切除术后的护理效果进行探讨。方法选取该院2013年7月—2017年7月收治的108例腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者为研究对象,按入院顺序分为研究组和对照组,每组54例,对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取人性化护理干预,对比分析两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组患者护理后焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于护理前和对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者总满意度为98.15%,高于对照组患者总满意度(79.63%)(P<0.05),研究组患者术后并发症发生率为5.56%,低于对照组患者术后并发症发生率(22.22%)(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理干预可明显改善腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者的负面情绪,提高患者的满意度,降低并发症的发生率。

Objective To discuss the nursing effect of human nursing intervention after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods108cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the hospital from July2013to July2017were selected.According to the admission order,they were divided into the study group and the control group,with54cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given humanistic nursing intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results The anxiety scores and depression scores were significantly lower than those in the study group than before nursing and control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the patients in the study group was98.15%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(79.63%)(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of the study group was5.56%,significantly lower than the incidence of postoperative complications in the control group22.22%(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention can significantly improve the negative emotions of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy,improve patient satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications,The application is worth continuing.
