快捷护理路径在神经系统危重患者急诊抢救的应用研究

Application of Shortcut Nursing Pathway in Emergency Treatment of Critically Ill Patients With Nervous System

目的探讨快捷护理路径在神经系统危重患者抢救及重症监护中的临床使用价值。方法收集重型颅脑外伤进行急诊抢救的患者62例为研究对象,32例用常规护理作为对照组,30例观察组应用快捷护理路径进行护理。结果急诊抢救阶段,观察组急诊抢救时间少于对照组(P<0.05),急诊抢救费用低于对照组(P<0.05),神经外科重症监护阶段,观察组监护时间比对照组花费时间少(P<0.05),监护总费用也低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对重型颅脑损伤患者给予快捷护理路径,不仅可以缩短对患者的急诊抢救时间、减少相应急诊抢救费用还能相应减少监护住院时间以及平均住院费用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of shortcut nursing pathway in the rescuing and intensive care of critically ill patients with nervous system.Methods62patients with severe craniocerebral trauma were treated with emergency care.Routine nursing was used as the control group in32cases,30cases of observation group were treated with shortcut nursing pathway.Results The emergency rescue time in observation group was less than that in control group(P<0.05).The cost of emergency rescue was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).In the intensive care stage of Department of Neurosurgery,the observation time of the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total cost of supervision was also lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shortcut nursing pathway for patients with severe craniocerebral injury,the patients can not only can shorten the emergency rescue time for patients,reduce the corresponding emergency rescue costs,but also reduce the time of hospitalization and the average hospitalization expenses.
