本科护生在PICU实习期望与实际体验的质性研究

Qualitative Research on Undergraduate Nursing Students' Internship Expectations and the Actual Experience in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit(PICU)

目的深入了解本科护生在儿童重症监护中心(PICU)实习过程中的期望与实际体验,为今后制定更加严谨的临床带教计划及护理带教提供参考依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对在某三级甲等妇幼保健院PICU实习的12名本科护生采用半结构式访谈。结果护生的实习期望与实际体验存在一定差距,来PICU实习前的预期经历主题是:压力大、高度紧张,但可以实现自我价值;实习后的实际体验主题为:担心、同理心增强、自信心不足、价值感较低,自我实现受限。结论护生在PICU实习前后所反映的问题,提醒学校和教学医院应重视护生在实习期间的实际体验,加强与护生的沟通,制定更加合理科学的实习计划,帮助其更好的完成PICU实习任务。

Objective To understand expectation and practical experience of the undergraduate nursing students’in the process of practice in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit(PICU),and provide a reference for making more rigorous clinical teaching plans for the future and nursing teaching.Methods Using the phenomenological research methods,semi-structured interviews were adopted on12undergraduate nursing students for internship in PICU,a grade A tertiary maternity and children hospital.Results There was a certain gap between nursing students’internship expectations and the actual experience in PICU.The theme of internship expectations before internship was pressure,high tension and sense of self value.After the internship,the theme of actual experience was higher anxiousness,empathy and lower self-esteem as well as sense of self worth,and limited selfactualization.Conclusion The reflected problems from nursing students’internship in PICU remind the school and teaching hospital should pay attention to students’actual experience during the internship,strengthen the communication with students,make more reasonable and scientific practice plans,and help them to finish PICU internship task.
