摘要
目的分析腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻护理中综合护理干预的应用效果。方法收集我院行腹部手术治疗的100例患者作为研究对象,对其均行综合护理干预,比较护理前后的效果。结果护理后各项指标与护理前相比均改善显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹部手术患者实施综合护理可缓解肠梗阻相关症状,降低肠梗阻发生率。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in postoperative nursing care of adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal operation.Methods100cases of abdominal surgery in our hospital were taken as the research objects,and the comprehensive nursing intervention was carried out to compare the effect before and after nursing.Results Compared with before nursing,the indexes of nursing all improved significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can relieve the symptoms of intestinal obstruction and reduce the incidence of intestinal obstruction in abdominal operation.
