手术室压疮风险因素评估量表在预防手术患者压疮中的运用

The Effect of Pressure Ulcer Risk Assessment Scale on Prevention of Pressure Sores in Surgical Patients

目的探讨手术室压疮风险因素评估量表在预防手术患者压疮中的运用效果。方法抽取至我院就诊的外科手术治疗患者100例(2016年11月—2017年7月),其中一组采取一般护理措施,另外一组采取压疮风险因素评估量表进行干预,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组的压疮发生率为2.00%,常规组为10.00%,P<0.05;实验组与常规组的护理满意度分别为96.00%与80.00%,P<0.05。结论对于给予手术治疗的患者,采用压疮风险因素评估量表辅助临床护理工作便于进一步降低压疮的发生率,提高护理质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of pressure ulcer risk assessment scale on prevention of pressure sores in surgical patients.Methods100cases with surgical treatment in our hospital(from November2016to July2017)were selected.One group took general nursing measures,and the other group took the risk factor assessment scale for intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of decubitus ulcers in the experimental group was2.00%,the routine group was10.00%,P<0.05;The satisfaction degree of nursing between the experimental group and the routine group was96.00%and80.00%,P<0.05respectively.Conclusion For patients with surgical treatment,the use of pressure ulcer risk factor assessment scale to assist clinical nursing work is convenient for further reducing the incidence of pressure sores,and improving the quality of care.
