新疆旅游资源经济转化率区域差异分析

Regional Disparities Analysis on Economic Conversion Rate of Tourism Resources in Xinjiang

旅游资源经济转化率是衡量一个区域旅游业发展程度的基本指标。本文基于2004-2014年截面数据，运用定量分析方法，对新疆各地州市旅游资源经济转化率进行测算与剖析，结果表明:（1）新疆旅游资源丰裕度与旅游经济综合发展水平整体较高，北疆高于南疆；（2）新疆旅游资源经济转化率总体水平低且南北疆区域差异明显，但总体差异呈缩小态势，地区内差异绝大部分贡献来自北疆地区；（3）新疆14个地州市可划分为高转化率，较高转化率，中转化率，低转化率4个等级。其中高转化率地区是乌鲁木齐市，最低转化率为和田地区。

Tourism resources economic conversion rate is a vital indicator to measure tourism resources development and utilization level.This study on the basis of quantitatively estimates the2004-2014Xinjiang’s tourism resources economic conversion rate and analyzes the difference.Result show that:(1)The overall level of tourism resources economic conversation rate of Xinjiang is low,and difference to be markedly.South and north of Xinjiang region have different tourism resources economic conversion rate.The North exceeds the South in economic conversion rate.The South have low conversion rate level;(2)The overall level of tourism resources abundance and tourism economy comprehensive development level of Xinjiang is high,and difference to be markedly,the north is on the top of the list;(3)The overall difference is reduced,for the most part within the district difference contribution comes from the north.
