基础教育国际化视野中的教师国际素养测评研究 被引量:4

摘要 中小学教师的国际素养是基础教育国际化的核心要素之一,直接决定教育国际化的走向与水准。从定性层面看,教师国际素养的内涵界定在方向上要兼顾国际借鉴与本土自信,在格局上兼顾国际竞争实力的培养与全球生命共同体的认同。由此推演出的"教师国际素养定量测评工具",从符合认知递进规律的知识性素养、工具性素养、能力性素养与情感性素养四大指标切入,尝试直观评估各层级的教师国际素养水平,为相关教育决策提供参考,并实现对上述价值判断与发展内涵的有效引导。 The international competence of the teachers in primary and secondary schools is one of the essential factors of the internationalizationof basic education,which determines the direction and quality of the latter.In the sight of qualitative analysis,consideration must be given to boththe international reference and local confidence,as well as to both global competition and corporation as for the definition of teachers’internationalcompetence.In the sight of quantitative analysis based on the above,the assessment of teachers’international competence has been divided intoassessing the knowledge,instrument,ability,emotion accomplishment according to the cognitive law,which would offer the direct reflection of theteachers’lever,offer the reference for the policy-making and advance the realizing of the values settled in the qualitative analysis.
