试论幸福心理学在思想政治教育工作中的运用策略

On Application Strategy of the Psychology of Happiness in Ideological and Political Education

随着经济的迅猛发展,社会步入转型阶段,一系列民生问题随之而来,人们也开始更多地关注自己精神世界的发展,尤其是幸福指数的高低问题。而思想政治教育作为中国共产党的核心工作,在社会主义现代化的发展进程中起着举足轻重的作用,引领着人们的思想发展,这必然决定了它的目标之一就是提高人们的满意度、幸福感。因此,笔者尝试结合已有的文献资料,从幸福心理学的角度进行研究,通过查找和分析人们在当前思想政治教育下的幸福状况,探索幸福心理学在思想政治教育工作中的运用策略,拓宽思想政治教育的研究范围,完善幸福心理学与思想政治教育工作的主要内容。

With the rapid development of economy and the transition of society,a series of livelihood problems come into being,and people begin to pay more attention to the development of their spiritual world,especially the level of happiness index.The ideological and political education as the core work of CPC(Communist Party of China)plays an important role in development of socialist modernization,and leads the ideological development,which aims to improve people's satisfaction and well-being.Therefore,based on the existing literature on happiness,the the author tries to conduct the research from the angle of psychology.Through the analysis of people’s happiness under the current ideological and political education this paper explores the use of psychology in the ideological and political education,broadens its research scope,and improves the main content of the ideological and political education and the psychology of happiness.
