摘要
在全民终身学习的思潮下,非正式学习成果认证日益显现出其在国家继续教育成果认证、积累、转换制度中的重要作用。文章通过梳理国内外专家学者对非正式学习成果认证的理论与实践研究,分析非正式学习成果评价体系制度建设面临的问题,进而提出应当从国家、地方、企业协会及学校四个方面建立高职学生非正式学习成果的认证、积累与转换制度。
Led by the thought of lifelong learning,the certification of informal learning achievements becomes more and more important in the certification,accumulation and conversion system of national continuing education.This paper analyzes the problems of the construction of informal learning evaluation system by studying the theory and practice of informal learning achievements conducted by experts and scholars at home and abroad,and puts forward that the nation,the local governments,the enterprise associations and colleges should together establish the certification,accumulation and conversion system of informal learning achievements of higher vocational students.
