非营利组织参与城市社区养老——以社会资本理论为视角

The Participation of Non-profit Organizations in Urban Community Nursing Service——From the Perspective of Social Capital Theory

20世纪70年代以来,全球范围内人口老龄化问题日渐严峻,而我国传统的家庭养老模式功能不断弱化,发展中的社会养老模式也尚未成熟。当前,城市老年人的个人生活与社会交往问题日益凸显,探索一种新的养老模式缓解此类问题成为当务之急。文章以社会资本理论为视角,针对社区养老存在的困境和问题,通过非营利组织参与社区养老服务,引入和调动社会各方面资本,构建非营利组织参与城市社区养老这一创新模式,在这一基础上提出相应的对策建议。

Since1970s,the problem of population aging has become more and more serious.However,the function of the traditional family pension model in our country has been weakened gradually.And the developing social pension model is not mature yet.Nowadays,the problems of personal life and social communication of the senior citizens has become obvious.It is urgent to explore a new model to alleviate the problem.Thus,from perspective of social capital,this paper aims at the existing difficulties and problems of community nursing service,proposes to introduce and mobilize social capitals by making the non-profit organizations participate in the community nursing service to construct an innovative urban community nursing service model and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on this basis.
