On Village Planning and Construction by Micro-Intervention Planning

文章通过对北京市怀柔区帽山村及周边谷地的规划实践,为资源品质一般同时生态环境优良的村落,提供一个可以借鉴的规划思路。通过四个层面的综合作用,在尊重乡土文化的基础上进行规划,在保留乡村记忆的基础上进行开发,推动村落聚落的综合发展,为"美丽乡村"的建设提供一种新的思路。

Through the planning practice in Maoshan village in Huairou district and its surrounding valleys,this paper provides a reference for planning the villages which has a normal resource quality but a good ecological environment.Through the integrated functions of the above four steps,this paper provides a new thought about construction of“beautiful villages”on the basis of preserving the local culture,the village memories,and promoting the comprehensive development of villages.
