福建省美丽休闲乡村发展现状与动力机制研究

Development Situation and Dynamic Mechanism of Leisure Villages in Fujian Province

在回顾国内外美丽休闲乡村相关概念的基础上,对福建省美丽休闲乡村发展现状进行研究,探索发展机制,运用SWOT模型分析优势、劣势、机遇与挑战,发现应选择的发展战略;通过对动力机制的研究,发现福建省美丽休闲乡村主要有需求、供给、营销和扶持四方面发展动力;针对不足,提出从发展进程、特色打造、乡村宣传和政策扶持等促进休闲乡村发展的建议。

Based on reviewing the relevant concepts of leisure villages in China and abroad,this paper studies the development situationof the leisure villages in Fujian Province,and further explores their development mechanism.The SWOT model was used in this researchto analyze the advantages,weakness,opportunities and challenge in the development of leisure villages in Fujian Province.The resultsshows that the leisure villages in Fujian should choose the development strategy.Meanwhile,through the research on the dynamicmechanism of leisure villages in Fujian Province,this paper considers the leisure villages have the developing force in demand,supply,marketing and supporting.Finally,according to the deficiencies found in this study,we propose that we should promote the development ofleisure villages in four aspects,namely,the development process,characteristic building,rural propaganda and policy support.
