在新型城镇化进程中,城镇居民与农业转移人口的关系是影响这一进程的重要因素。对两大群体的潜在矛盾应具有理性认知,在此基础上构建促进两大群体关系的机制,着力提升农业转移人口的市民化素质,促进两大群体相互交流相互认知,推进农业转移人口市民化。

In the new urbanization process,the relationship between urban residents and agricultural population transfer are the important factors that affect the process.There should be arational cognition on two groups of potential conflict;and on this basis,we build concrete mechanism to promote harmonious relations between the two big groups,and improve the citizenization of agricultural transfer population.
