邯郸市黄粱梦吕仙祠及其庙会,以吕洞宾信仰为核心,然而,民间却俗称其为"黄粱梦"。究其原因,"黄粱梦"是黄粱梦吕仙祠创建的原因,是黄粱梦吕仙祠建筑布局形成的重要因素,并衍化出神灵卢生及其信仰习俗。尽管黄粱梦吕仙祠中吕洞宾信仰占据主导,但因黄粱梦故事而建造的祠宇、形成的神灵及信仰习俗始终存在,后者甚至成为前者的特色内容。
