银屑病皮损病原菌分布及药敏鉴定

摘要 目的:探讨银屑病皮损病原菌分布及药敏鉴定。方法:收治寻常型银屑病患者75例,采用细菌群相同步培养法和复数菌直接药敏测试技术进行皮损处细菌培养和药敏测试。结果:75例患者中,检测出合并病原菌感染患者60例(80%),分离鉴定出病原菌86株;主要病原菌为金黄色葡萄球菌71株,对甲氧西林敏感的金黄色葡萄球菌65株(91.5%),夫西地酸对与皮肤感染有关的各种革兰阳性菌,尤其对葡萄球菌高度敏感。结论:银屑病患者皮损组织细菌感染中以金黄色葡萄球菌较多见,对青霉素、红霉素、克林霉素的耐药率较高,主要采用夫西地酸外用,严重者系统使用头孢菌素。 Objective:To explore the pathogenic bacteria distribution and drug sensitivity identification of psoriatic lesions.Methods:75patients with psoriasis vulgaris were selected.The patients underwent bacterial culture and drug susceptibility testing at the skin lesions by simultaneous culture of bacterial flora and direct drug sensitivity test of complex bacteria.Results:In the75patients,60cases(80%)were infected with pathogenic bacteria;86strains of pathogens wereisolated and identified;the main pathogenic bacteria were staphylococcus aureus in71strains;methicillin sensitive staphylococcus aureus in65strains(91.5%);fusidic was highly sensitive to various gram positive bacteria associated with skin infections,especially staphylococcus.Conclusion:Staphylococcus aureus was more common in bacterial infections of psoriatic skin lesions.The rates of drug resistance of penicillin,erythromycin and clindamycin were serious.We mainly used topical fusidic.In severe cases,we recommend systematic use of cephalosporins.
