双腕部离断伤再植成功1例

Successful replantation on 1 case with amputated wrists

断肢再植技术目前已经相对成熟。手术后尽可能多地恢复肢体的感觉及运动功能,提高患者生活和生产的能力,才是断肢再植成功的最佳判断标准。分析本院开展的1例双腕离断再植手术,通过显微外科技术及术后康复锻炼,患者术后功能恢复良好。

Replantation technology has been relatively mature currently.The best standard to judge the success of replantation ofsevered limb is recovery of sensory and motor function of limbs as much as possible after the operation,improve the patients ability of life and production.1case with amputated wrists of replantation surgery in our hospital was analyzed,who achieved good postoperative functional recovery,with rehabilitation exercise by microsurgical technique and excellent after surgery.
