早期气管切开术对颅脑外伤与脑出血患者神经功能康复的影响

Influence of early tracheotomy on rehabilitation of neurological function in patients with traumatic brain injury and cerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨早期气管切开术对颅脑外伤与脑出血患者神经功能的影响。方法:收治患者48例,随机分为对照组和试验组。试验组采用早期气管切开术,对照组采用常规手术,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组总有效率、治疗后神经功能评分和并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期气管切开术有利于颅脑外伤与脑出血患者神经功能的康复。

Objective:To explore the influence of early tracheotomy on rehabilitation of neurological function in patients with traumatic brain injury and cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:48patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The experimental group was treated with early tracheotomy,and the control group was treated with conventional surgery.We compared the efficacy of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the total effective rate,neurological function score after treament and complication rate were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early tracheotomy was beneficial to the rehabilitation of neurological function in patients with traumatic brain injuryand cerebral hemorrhage.
