子宫内膜癌及癌前病变保留生育功能治疗探讨

Study on reserved reproductive function in endometrial carcinoma and precancerous lesions

目的:探讨子宫内膜癌及癌前病变保留生育功能治疗的方法及效果。方法:收治子宫内膜癌及癌前病变患者8例,所有患者均行保留生育功能治疗。结果:治疗后,完全缓解6例,部分缓解1例;4例患者自然妊娠,而且新生儿全部存活。结论:对有生育愿望的子宫内膜癌及癌前病变患者行保留生育功能治疗较为安全,肿瘤得以控制之后,妊娠要尽快,生育完成后要选择时机接受手术治疗。

Objective:To investigate the methods and effects of preserving reproductive function in endometrial carcinoma and precancerous lesions.Methods:8patients with endometrial carcinoma and precancerous lesions were selected,and all the patients were treated with fertility treatment.Results:After the treatment,complete remission was achieved in6cases,partial remission in1case,spontaneous pregnancy in4cases,and complete survival of the newborn.Conclusion:Fertility preserving treatment is safe for patients with endometrial carcinoma and precancerous lesions whom has fertility desire,after the tumor was controlled,pregnancy as soon as possible,and then choose the opportunity to take surgical treatment after the completion of childbearing.
