立止血与西咪替丁联合治疗新生儿上消化道出血的临床价值评价

Clinical value of reptilase combined with cimetidine in the treatment of neonatal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

目的:探讨立止血联合西咪替丁治疗新生儿上消化道出血的临床价值。方法:收治上消化道出血新生儿74例,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用立止血与西咪替丁。结果:观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:立止血联合西咪替丁治疗新生儿上消化道出血的临床价值显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of reptilase combined with cimetidine in the treatment of neonatal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods:74cases of neonates with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were chosen.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with reptilase combined with cimetidine on the basis of the control group.Results:The curative effect of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical value of reptilase combined with cimetidine in the treatment of neonatal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage was significant.
