根治幽门螺杆菌对老年反流性食管炎患者预后的影响评价

Influence of Helicobacter pylori eradication on the prognosis of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis

目的:探讨根治幽门螺杆菌对老年反流性食管炎患者预后的影响。方法:收治老年反流性食管炎患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用幽门螺杆菌根治治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:根治幽门螺杆菌对老年反流性食管炎患者的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the influence of Helicobacter pylori eradication on the prognosis of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis.Methods:90elderly patients with with reflux esophagitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated by routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with radical treatment of Helicobacter pylori.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The therapeutic effect of the observation group was obviously better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Helicobacter pylori eradication for elderly patients with reflux esophagitis was significant.
