中西医结合治疗春季卡他性结膜炎的效果观察

Effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of spring catarrhal conjunctivitis

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗春季卡他性结膜炎的临床效果。方法:收治春季卡他性结膜炎患者49例,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组采用中西医结合治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组次年复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗春季卡他性结膜炎的临床效果显著,可降低复发率。

Objective:To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of spring catarrhal conjunctivitis.Methods:49patients with spring catarrhal conjunctivitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the following year in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of spring catarrhal conjunctivitis was significant.It can reduce the recurrence rate.
