依达拉奉联合用药治疗急性脑梗死60例疗效观察

Curative effect observation of edaravone combined with medicine on 60 cases of acute cerebral infarction

目的:探讨依达拉奉联合用药治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法:收治急性脑梗死患者60例,随机分成观察组及对照组,各30例。观察组给予依达拉奉联合常规抗血小板聚集药物及活血化瘀药物治疗;对照组给予常规抗血小板聚集及活血化瘀药物治疗。结果:观察组NIHSS、ADL评分均有明显改善,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:依达拉奉联合用药治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效较好。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of edaravone combined with drugs in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:60patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with30cases in each group.The observation group was given edaravone combined with conventional antiplatelet drugs and blood stasis;the control group was given routine drug treatment and blood stasis accumulation of platelet.Results:The scores of NIHSS and ADL in the observation group were significantly improved,and were higher than those of the control group significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Edaravone combined with medication is effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
