PKP联合阿法骨化醇+六味地黄丸治疗骨质疏松型胸腰段压缩骨折的临床观察

Clinical observation of PKP combined with alfacalcidol and Liu Wei Di Huang Wan in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture

目的:探讨应用椎体后凸成形术(PKP)联合口服阿法骨化醇软胶囊、六味地黄丸治疗骨质疏松型胸腰椎压缩骨折的临床疗效。方法:收治老年骨质疏松型胸腰椎压缩骨折患者48例,采用PKP手术联合口服阿法骨化醇软胶囊、六味地黄丸治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:术中无严重并发症发生,48例患者均顺利完成手术,疗效确切。结论:PKP手术联合口服阿法骨化醇软胶囊、六味地黄丸治疗骨质疏松型胸腰椎压缩骨折的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical observation of percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)combined with alfacalcidol and Liu Wei Di Huang Wan in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture.Methods:48elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture were selected.They were treated with PKP surgery combined with combined with alfacalcidol and Liu Wei Di Huang Wan.We observed the treatment effect.Results:There was no serious complications during the operation.All48patients completed the operation successfully.The curative effect was exact.Conclusion:The clinical observation of PKP combined with alfacalcidol and Liu Wei Di Huang Wan in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture was significant.
