脑血管病伴帕金森病的相关危险因素的临床观察

Clinical observation of cerebrovascular disease associated with Parkinson's risk factors

目的:观察并分析脑血管病伴帕金森病(PD)的相关危险因素。方法:收治PD患者94例,依据是否伴发脑血管病,将其分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=49)。采集两组患者晨起空腹肘静脉血,并行颈部彩色多普勒超声检查。比较相关指标。结果:观察组血清Hcy、LDL-C水平及IMT均显著高于对照组,HDL-C水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);患者的Hcy、LDL-C水平及IMT与脑血管病伴PD发病呈显著正相关(OR=5.635、1.598、3.688,P<0.05),HDL-C水平与脑血管病伴PD发病呈显著负相关(OR=0.714,P<0.05)。结论:Hcy、LDL-C、IMT是脑血管病伴PD发生的危险因素,而较高的HDL-C则可降低其发病风险。

Objective:To observe and analyze the risk factors of cerebrovascular disease associated with Parkinson(PD).Methods:94patients with PD were selected.According to whether accompanied by cerebrovascular disease,they were divided into the observation group(n=45)and the control group(n=49).The fasting blood of elbow vein in the two groups was collected,and the color Doppler ultrasonography of neck was performed.We compared the correlation index.Results:The serum levels of Hcy,LDL-C and IMT in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the level of HDL-C was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05or P<0.01).The levels of Hcy,LDL-C and IMT in patients with cerebrovascular diseases associated with PD were significantly positively correlated(OR=5.635、1.598、3.688,P<0.05).The level of HDL-C was negatively correlated with cerebrovascular disease associated with PD(OR=0.714,P<0.05).Conclusions:Hcy,LDL-C,and IMT are risk factors for cerebrovascular disease associated with PD,while higher HDL-C reduces the risk of this disease.
