摘要 目的:探讨电话随访在提升患者满意度中的应用效果。方法:收治心血管病患者50例,在患者出院以后,间隔1周时间对其开展电话随访。结果:经过60 d左右的电话随访,90%接受随访的出院患者都表示认同电话随访的良好效果。结论:运用电话随访的措施,能从全方位提升患者整体的满意度。 Objective:To investigate the effect of telephone follow-up in improving patient satisfaction.Methods:50discharged patients with ardiovascular diseases were selected.The patients were followed up by telephone after the hospital discharge for1week.Results:After followed-up call for about60days,90%of the discharged patients agreed with the good results of telephone follow-up.Conclusion:Through telephone follow-up measures,we should be able to promote the overall satisfaction of patients from an all-round perspective.
