健康教育干预在阴道炎护理中的临床价值分析

Clinical value of health education intervention in nursing care of vaginitis

目的:对健康教育干预在阴道炎护理工作中的临床效果进行探讨、分析。方法:收治阴道炎患者40例,平分两组。所有患者均需进行常规护理,观察组在此基础上进行健康教育干预,对两组患者的护理效果、治疗依从性等进行分析,并调查患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组的护理总有效率90%,高于对照组的70%(P<0.05);观察组的治疗依从度100%,高于对照组的75%(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理工作的满意度100%,高于对照组的70%(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育干预对阴道炎患者护理的效果显著,可以有效提高患者的日常生活质量。

Objective:To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of health education intervention in vaginitis care.Methods:40patients with vaginitis were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.All patients required routine care,while the observation group was given health education intervention on this basis.The nursing effects and treatment compliance of the two groups were analyzed,and the satisfaction degree of the patients with nursing care was investigated.Results:The effective rate of nursing in the observation group was90%,higher than70%in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was100%,higher than that of the control group of75%(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group was100%,higher than that of the control group of70%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of health education intervention on the nursing of patients with vaginitis is significant,and can effectively improve the quality of daily life of patients.
