临床护理路径在下肢大隐静脉曲张患者中的应用方法及效果

Application and effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with varicose veins of lower extremity

目的:总结将临床护理路径运用于下肢大隐静脉曲张患者的效果。方法:将60例行手术治疗的下肢大隐静脉曲张患者随机分为两组。对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施临床护理路径。结果:试验组并发症发生率6.67%,低于对照组的20%(P<0.05);对照组护理满意度96.67%,高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05)。结论:将临床护理路径运用于下肢大隐静脉曲张,并发症少,护理满意度高。

Objective:To summarize the effect of clinical nursing pathway on varicose veins of lower extremity.Methods:60patients with varicose veins of lower extremity were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group implemented clinical nursing path.Results:The complication rate of the experimental group was6.67%,which was lower than that of the control group of20%(P<0.05),while the satisfaction degree of nursing care was96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group of76.67%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing pathway applied to lower extremity great saphenous varicose veins with fewer complications and higher nursing satisfaction.
