摘要
核心区力量训练是促进运动员稳定性与爆发力的有效手段,尤其以"高、难、美"为目标的太极拳,是一项在运动中更加追求稳定,在稳中发力的技能难美性项目。太极拳的理论与技能更加体现了核心力量训练的重要性,本文以太极拳为例,详细阐述竞技太极拳中关于"核心区力量"训练的理论及方法。
Core strength training is an effective means to promote the stability of athletes and his explosive force,especially in the"high,difficult,beautiful"features as the goal of the Taijiquan movement,in the pursuit of a more stable,steady force in skill in the sport.The theory and skills of Taijiquan embody the importance of the training of the core strength.This article takes Taijiquan as an example to elaborate the theory and method of the training of"core area strength"in competitive of Taijiquan.
